Custom Made to Clear your Machine
We offer custom built CTx devices, at no additional cost, to make sure your machine gets the traction it needs. Below are some common areas that may require custom built CTx devices. If you’re not sure, give us a call or email us and we are happy to guide you to the correct device.
Front Idler Bracket, Gusset & Bolt/Nut

Some of the John Deere and JCB CTLs have a gusset and/or a bolt/nut that may create a clearance issue down at the front idler bracket.

Some of our customers have reversed this bolt/nut to the inside in order to allow for more clearance.
Rear Drive Sprocket Shroud
Rear Drive Sprocket Shroud
Several CTL manufacturers cover the hydraulic lines with steel shrouds. Anything greater than an 1-inch will clear our universal device.

Many of the Kubota, Bobcat, JCB, and John Deere CTLs have tight tolerances around the final drive shroud. Anything less than 1-inch will require a custom inside hook device.
