I have been in Healthcare for over 30 years working all across the country from Open Heart to Trauma Surgery. I have been running heavy equipment since I was a teenager and was injured in the winter of 2018 when I slid off our steep driveway in our CAT 259D. I decided to do something about it and that's how CTx™ was started. CTx™ are made in North Idaho and we take pride in using American made steel, chain and hardware.
Glenn has been welding for over 40 years and has been essential in constantly improving our products. Glenn keeps us all laughing with his obnoxious sense of humor and constant practical jokes. CTx wouldn't be where it is today without his involvement although, he's still a jackass!
Austin continues to find new ways to advertise and grow our business and create awesome videos and images for our website. Photography is his passion along with snowboarding and wake surfing in the summer.
Quinn plays a key part in continuing to improve our production and fabrication of CTx™ and keeping us laughing. Quinn enjoys.....welllll, we really don't know what he enjoys. We think he lives in a cave, but we haven't determined that yet.
Kasondra runs circles around all of us when it comes to work! She keeps CTx on goal with production, runs the CNC table to keep the fabrication moving and ensures the quality that we demand. She and her husband Cody enjoy riding their horses and hiking with their dogs. She is essential to the quality and production of CTx. She is a vital asset to our company!
Spencer (old geezer) and Trax (rolling in the snow) our shop buddies. They had to be in the picture too because we wouldn't have it any other way.
CTx™ are 100% manufactured and fabricated in Northern Idaho. CTx™ were created out of necessity. We live on top of a mountain with a steep 2,000 foot driveway covered in snow throughout the winter months. With the closest county plowed road 2 miles away, navigating the road became impossible.
We own a Cat 259D skid steer with a snowblower that has been invaluable! However, during the long winter months and certain ice and snow conditions, we were unable to use it even on flat ground. We researched and tried several products on the market only to find that they were unable to meet our needs for safe traction control.
We created CTx™ to accomplish what the current products could not! CTx™ can be rapidly installed and removed, allow for climbing and descending grades safely and are easily stored and transported. Our traction control device meets the need for rubber tracked equipment.
